Our Junior

At Samurai Karate Croydon, we understand the unique needs and abilities of juniors aged 8 to 12 years old. Our specialized karate classes for this age group are designed to provide a balance of fun, challenge, and skill development, helping young students build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness while fostering a love for martial arts.

Our karate classes for juniors aged 8 to 12 years old offer a structured yet enjoyable environment for children to learn and grow in their martial arts journey. With age-appropriate instruction and activities, we focus on building essential skills such as coordination, focus, and self-discipline while instilling confidence and respect for others.

Not only do we have training specific for this age group, our different classes offer a mixture of training focuses. Each week juniors can choose from fundamental and skill development classes, practical classes focusing more on partner work, impact, sparring drills, etc. and our Saturday match class offers a chance to put sport karate skills to the test.
